Rocket & Satellite Guide Training Begins! - 與衛星導覽員培訓開始！
The 2025 Changhua Space Technology Education Expo will kick off with pre-event activities on March 12, followed by the official opening on March 15. The event will run for three weeks, featuring an exhibition provided by the Taiwan Space Agency (TASA), showcasing rockets, FORMOSAT-8, and Wind Hunter satellites.
To ensure a great experience for visitors, student guides from Tsunshang Elementary School and Changhua Girls' Senior High School participated in a special weekend training session. The students showed great focus and dedication, preparing themselves to deliver the best possible guided tours for the public.

2025彰化縣校園太空科技教育博覽會 將於 3月12日 展開暖場活動，並於 3月15日 正式開幕。本次展覽將為期 三週，由 台灣太空中心 (TASA) 提供展品，包括 火箭、福爾摩沙衛星八號 (FORMOSAT-8) 和獵風者衛星 (Wind Hunter Satellite)。
為了讓參觀民眾獲得最佳體驗，來自 村上國小與彰化女中 的學生導覽員在週末參加了特別培訓課程。每位學生都全神貫注、專心學習，努力提升導覽能力，為提供最優質的解說體驗做好萬全準備！

2025 AI and STEAM Certification at Tsunshang Elementary School - AI暨STEAM創意實作檢定在村上國小盛大舉行
Tsunshang Elementary School has been teaching a special Jiguanwang* course for six years. This has helped students learn STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) in fun and creative ways. This year, nearly 50 students from the school joined the 2025 Changhua County AI and STEAM Certification, the highest number among all schools in the county!
The event was held today at Tsunshang Elementary School, with support from the Innovative Education and Technology Association and National Chin-Yi University of Technology. Students had to take a written test and build real projects. Judges checked their work and asked questions to see if they met the certification standards.
AI and STEAM are important for future learning, and schools in Changhua County are working hard to teach these subjects. This year, 250 students signed up for the certification—more than expected! This shows that many students are excited about learning new technology.
村上國小已經實施機關王特色課程六年，讓學生以有趣又創新的方式學習STEAM（科學、科技、工程、藝術與數學）。今年，學校共有近50位學生參加2025彰化縣AI暨STEAM創意實作檢定，為全縣參加人數最多的學校！
這場活動今天在村上國小活動中心舉行，由創新教育與科技學會及勤益科技大學協辦。學生們需通過筆試及實作測驗，並由評審現場評分與提問，以確保參賽者達到檢定標準。
AI與STEAM教育是未來學習的重要趨勢，彰化縣的學校正積極推動相關課程。今年，共有250名學生報名參加，超乎預期！這顯示出，越來越多學生對新科技學習充滿興趣與熱情！
*Jiguanwant is a hands-on STEAM education program widely promoted in Taiwanese schools. It involves students designing and building mechanical structures using gears, levers, and other engineering principles to enhance creativity, problem-solving skills, and technical knowledge.
機關王是一項廣泛推廣於台灣學校的STEAM動手實作教育課程。
該課程讓學生運用齒輪、槓桿等工程原理來設計和組裝機械結構，從而提升創造力、解決問題的能力以及技術知識。
Principal Huang Wins Distinguished Educator Award Award - 與共好 杏壇的光明行者
Today, Principal Huang Hong-Tian of Tsunshang Elementary School delivered a special talk at the Distinguished Educator Award sharing session, hosted by the Changhua County Government.
As last year’s award winner, Principal Huang shared his love for teaching and his journey in education. He also gave helpful tips on how to write a winning award application, hoping to inspire more great teachers to be recognized.
Through his hard work and kindness, Principal Huang continues to support other educators and make a difference in students’ lives.

今天，村上國小黃宏田校長 受邀在 彰化縣政府舉辦的「杏壇芬芳獎」經驗分享會 上，與大家分享他的教育旅程與熱忱。
作為去年的獲獎者，黃校長不僅分享了他對教學的熱愛，還提供了寶貴的建議，幫助更多優秀教師成功申請此獎項。他希望透過自己的經驗，鼓勵更多默默耕耘的教育工作者獲得應有的肯定。
黃校長以他的努力與熱忱，持續支持教育界，並為學生帶來正向影響，展現了一位優秀教育者的精神與使命感。
A Dream Come True: Reading and Space Exploration Trip - 彰化成功獅子會贊助村上辦理閱讀圓夢計畫

A new year brings new adventures! Thanks to the generous support of the Changhua Chenggong Lions Club, Tsunshang Elementary School students had the chance to explore space and reading on a special field trip!
Early in the morning, Principal Huang led the students on a visit to the Taiwan Space Agency (TASA) in Hsinchu. There, they learned about satellites, visited the mission control center, and saw models of the FORMOSAT-7 satellite. It was an eye-opening experience that helped students take a big step forward in learning about space technology!
The second stop was the National Library of Public Information in Taichung. Students were amazed by the huge library and enjoyed reading in the Children’s Reading Room. They also explored the many interactive learning spaces, making this the perfect reading journey!
This unforgettable trip gave students new knowledge, exciting experiences, and a love for both space and books!
新的一年成功獅子會贊助村上的孩子們完成閱讀圓夢計畫，1/2一早由校長領軍出發到新竹國家太空中心（TASA)參訪，孩子們聽取太空衛星知識、看到國家太空行控中心、福衛七號模型、衛星模型等，真是大開眼界，村上國小太空科技教育又邁出一大步。第二站來到了台中國家資訊圖書館，孩子們見識到國家級的圖書館，認真的在兒童閱讀室享受閱讀的樂趣，參觀了團書館多元的利用功能，是最佳的閱讀走讀。
Principal’s Storytelling Session - 國小舉辦首次校長說故事活動
On January 10, 2025, Tsunshang Elementary School held its first Principal’s Storytelling Session, where Principal Huang Hong-Tian introduced the picture book Dacun, Changhua to all students and teachers.
This special book, written by Principal Huang and illustrated by Ms. Lai Pei-Lian, was published by the Caring Education and Culture Foundation. It is the first picture book that introduces the history, culture, and landmarks of Dacun Township.
The story follows A-gong (Grandpa) and his granddaughter, A-Jei, as they explore Dacun after she returns from another city. Through their journey, the book brings to life Dacun’s rich culture and beautiful scenery in a fun and engaging way.
During the session, students listened carefully, eager to learn about their hometown’s special places and traditions. The storytelling made the book even more exciting, and many students wanted to read it again!
A big thank you to Principal Huang for his dedication and contributions to education in Dacun!
2025年1月10日，村上國小舉辦了首次「校長說故事」活動。黃宏田校長向全校師生介紹了繪本《彰化-大村》。
這本特別的繪本由黃校長撰寫，賴佩蓮女士擔任插畫，並由關懷教育文化基金會出版。這是第一本介紹大村鄉歷史、文化和地標的繪本。
故事講述了阿公和孫女阿媜的探索之旅。在阿媜從外地回來後，阿公帶著她一起走訪大村的景點，透過他們的旅程，這本書生動地展現了大村豐富的文化和美麗的風景，讓人感到趣味橫生。
在說故事活動中，學生們都專心聆聽，渴望了解家鄉的特色景點和傳統文化。這次說故事活動讓這本繪本更加生動有趣，許多學生都表示想要再讀一次！

A trip to Sun Moon Lake - 日月潭之旅 (Teacher Anne Faith Abarquez)
It’s my first time experiencing Sun Moon Lake, and I must say, it is absolutely beautiful. The serene atmosphere, the stunning view of the lake surrounded by mountains, and the peaceful ambiance made it an unforgettable experience.
I also had the chance to enjoy some delicious local foods, which truly showcased the unique flavors of the area. From savory dishes to sweet treats, every bite was a new discovery. We also did a lot of walking around the lake and exploring the surrounding areas, taking in the natural beauty and culture.
I had the pleasure of sharing this adventure with my co-teacher and some school staff members, making the experience even more enjoyable as we spent time together, learning, eating, and discovering.
這是我第一次體驗日月潭，我必須說，這裡真的是非常美麗。那種寧靜的氛圍、湖泊被群山環繞的壯麗景色，以及那種平和的氛圍，讓這次的經歷成為一個難忘的回憶。
我也有機會品嚐一些美味的當地食物，這些食物真正展示了當地獨特的風味。從鹹食到甜點，每一口都是新的發現。我們還在湖邊走了很多路，探索周圍的區域，享受大自然的美景和文化。
我很高興能與我的同事和一些學校工作人員一同分享這次冒險，讓這次經歷更加愉快，我們一起學習、品嚐美食並探索這個地方。
Tsunshang Elementary School’s Bilingual Christmas Celebration - 村上國小雙語聖誕慶祝活動
On December 25, 2023, Tsunshang Elementary School held a special bilingual Christmas event filled with fun and learning! At 8:00 AM, students gathered in the activity center as Principal Huang officially opened the event.
The celebration started with an exciting sixth-grade recorder flash mob performing a Christmas song. Then, foreign teacher Anne and the English teachers led a bilingual session, where they shared Christmas stories, taught holiday-related vocabulary, and led students in singing English songs.
Next, students enjoyed a lively group sing-along, creating a festive and joyful atmosphere. Finally, six Santas made a grand entrance, delighting the children as they handed out presents to each grade level.
Students had a wonderful Christmas experience, learning about international culture and English songs while making unforgettable holiday memories!
2023年12月25日，村上國小舉辦了一場充滿歡樂與學習的特別雙語聖誕活動！早上8點，學生們齊聚在活動中心，黃校長正式為活動揭開序幕。
慶祝活動首先由六年級學生帶來精彩的直笛快閃表演，演奏了一首聖誕歌曲，為活動掀起了熱鬧的開場。接著，外籍教師Anne和英文老師們帶來了一場雙語教學，與學生們分享了聖誕故事，教授節日相關的單字，並帶領大家一起唱英文聖誕歌曲。
隨後，學生們進行了熱鬧的團體大合唱，現場瀰漫著歡樂和溫馨的氣氛。最後，六位聖誕老人盛大登場，為每個年級的學生發送禮物，讓孩子們驚喜不已。
學生們度過了一個美好的聖誕節，不僅學習了國際文化和英文歌曲，還留下了難忘的節日回憶！
